The shooting took place around 3:05 a.m., Tuesday, May 14, when a 2017 Mercedes Benz was traveling westbound on Route 109, near Route 110, when another vehicle pulled alongside and its occupants fired multiple shots into the Mercedes Benz, said the Suffolk County Police.

The driver of the Mercedes Benz drove to Sunoco, located at 150 Fulton St. in Farmingdale, where the occupants asked an employee to call 911, police said.

Nassau County Police officers responded and discovered two gunshot victims in the vehicle.

Frank Myers, 33, of Wyandanch, was pronounced dead at the scene by a Nassau County Police Advanced Medical Technician.

The female victim, 27, of Westbury, was transported to Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow and is expected to survive, police said.

Four other occupants of the vehicle were not injured, they added.

Police say a fight may have led to the shooting, but could not confirm if the argument began at the strip club or what it was about.

No arrests have been made.

Suffolk police ask anyone with information to call the Homicide Squad at 631-852-6392 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
